Privacy Policy - Your Data Protection with Fresh Approach

Privacy Policy

Welcome to Fresh Approach Coaching. I take your privacy seriously and believe in being completely transparent about how I handle your data. Because I operate in Northern Ireland, this policy is written to comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection laws.

Here is exactly how I collect, use, and protect your information when you visit this website or reach out to work with me.

1. What Information Do I Collect?

I only collect information that you knowingly and voluntarily give me. This includes:

Contact Information: Your name and email address when you fill out a contact form, request an inquiry, or sign up for an event.

Coaching & Inquiry Details: Any brief notes or context you voluntarily share in a contact form about what you're hoping to achieve through coaching or workshops.

Website Analytics: Basic, anonymous data collected by my website provider (IONOS) about how people use this site (e.g., pages visited, how long you stayed). This doesn't identify you personally; it just helps me see what content people find useful!

2. How Do I Use Your Data?

I only use your information for the specific reasons you gave it to me:

To respond to your inquiries about 1:1 coaching, corporate workshops, or speaking engagements.

To coordinate and send you access details for events or intensives you have registered to attend.

To occasionally send you updates or details about future events only if you have explicitly ticked a box giving me permission to do so.

I will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Period.

3. Who Has Access to Your Data?

As an independent practice, I am the primary person handling your data. However, to run this website and coordinate events, I use a few trusted secure digital tools (called "Data Processors"):

IONOS: Hosts this website and processes the forms you submit securely.

Email Provider: To receive and reply to your messages.

Event/Booking Platforms: If you sign up for an event, the booking system collects your registration details securely.

4. How Long Do I Keep Your Information?

Inquiries: If you get in touch but we decide not to move forward with coaching or a workshop, I will securely delete your contact details after 12 months.

Clients & Events: If we work together or you attend an event, I keep relevant administrative and financial information for as long as required by UK tax law and professional coaching insurance standards.

5. Your Rights (The Legal Bit)

Under UK GDPR, you have full control over your data. At any time, you have the right to:

Ask for a copy of the personal information I hold about you.

Request that I correct any inaccurate information.

Ask me to completely delete your personal data from my records (the "right to be forgotten").

If you want to exercise any of these rights, or if you have any questions about how your data is handled, please drop me an email at: Michelle@FreshApproachCoaching.com
