6-Month Group Coaching & Resilience Programme
Operated jointly by Michelle Jones of Fresh Approach Coaching & Emma Pringle of Cherry Tree Therapy & Coaching Services.
1. Nature of the Programme & Scope of Practice
1.1 Educational & Coaching Framework: This 6-month programme is a group coaching, psychoeducational, and resilience-building experience designed for professional and personal development.
1.2 Not a Substitute for Medical or Individual Clinical Care: While the programme incorporates somatic practices (such as EFT, Bilateral Stimulation, and breathwork) and is co-facilitated by a registered Mental Health Nurse/Psychotherapist, this group container does not constitute formal psychiatric treatment, individual psychotherapy, or crisis intervention.
1.3 Participant Readiness: Participants confirm that they are in a suitable state of emotional and mental health to engage in group coaching and self-reflective exercises. If a participant is currently under the care of a psychiatrist, counselor, or medical professional for severe clinical mental health conditions, we recommend discussing attendance with their care provider prior to enrolment.
2. Confidentiality & Group Safety
2.1 Mutual Confidentiality: To create a safe "Thinking Environment," all participants strictly agree that personal stories, business details, life experiences, and shared reflections disclosed within the in-person sessions, online calls, or private mastermind channels remain strictly confidential.
2.2 Respect & Boundaries: Participants agree to engage with co-facilitators and fellow peers with respect, kindness, and non-judgment at all times.
3. In-Person Venue & Environmental Guidelines (Glenavy)
3.1 Private Property Respect: In-person sessions are hosted at a private residential countryside bungalow in Glenavy, Co. Antrim. Participants agree to respect the privacy, grounds, and domestic boundary of the property.
3.2 Health & Safety: Participants must follow all basic safety guidance provided by the facilitators regarding the property, outdoor grounds, parking, and open fires / wood-burning stoves.
3.3 Accessibility & Dietary Requirements: Participants must inform the facilitators at least 7 days prior to the first in-person session of any specific mobility requirements, food allergies, or dietary restrictions for catered refreshments.
4. Attendance, Scheduling & Transfers
4.1 Session Dates: Dates for all monthly live sessions (both in-person and online) will be provided prior to the programme start date.
4.2 Non-Refundable Missed Sessions: Group coaching sessions are live, interactive experiences. If a participant is unable to attend an in-person or live online session, facilitators are under no obligation to provide a make-up session or partial refund. Where applicable, digital resources or call recordings will be made available inside the private container.
4.3 1:1 Session Scheduling: The mid-point private 1:1 session included in the programme must be scheduled and completed within the designated 6-month window. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a 1:1 session; otherwise, the session may be forfeited.
5. Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy
5.1 Payment Commitment: By enrolling, participants agree to pay the agreed programme fee in full, or adhere strictly to the monthly payment plan instalments as agreed at signup.
5.2 Cooling-Off Period: Participants are entitled to a 14-day statutory cooling-off period from the date of initial registration/deposit, provided the programme has not yet commenced.
5.3 Withdrawal After Commencement: Because places inside this intimate group container are strictly limited, fees are non-refundable once the programme has officially started. If a participant chooses to withdraw mid-programme, any remaining unpaid instalments on a payment plan remain legally due.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All workbooks, frameworks, somatic guidelines, slide decks, and strategic coaching materials provided during the 6-month programme are the intellectual property of Michelle Jones and Emma Pringle.
6.2 Materials are for the participant’s personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or resold for commercial purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 The facilitators provide tools, strategies, and somatic exercises in good faith. Individual results depend on individual commitment, engagement, and external factors. The facilitators do not guarantee specific business, financial, or career outcomes.
7.2 The facilitators accept no liability for personal injury, loss of personal property at the in-person venue, or indirect damages arising out of participation in the programme, except where legally required under Northern Ireland law.
